Depot Repair Assistant

Job Overview

Depot Repair Assistant supports the flow of repair of Haemonetics devices in the Depot Repair Center. This position is responsible for documenting incoming and outgoing machines, preparing packaging for machines, decontaminating devices, assisting on basic repair activities, and cosmetic restoration of machines.

• Document incoming and outgoing machines using software applications such as Oracle, Tulip, and Microsoft Office.
• Inspect incoming machines for necessary repairs, upgrades, fluid spills, or damage.
• Decontaminate incoming machines using PPE.
• Prepare and ship packaging for returned machines to the customer at their request.
• Prepare packaging for finished goods and deliver to the warehouse.
• Disassemble scrap machines, repair salvage reusable parts, and prepare for refurbishment.
• Assume additional responsibilities for special projects as directed.
• Comply with all ISO 14001 requirements and internal environmental management system requirements.

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm with flexible start times. Overtime and weekend work accepted as necessary.

Base pay for this role ranges from $18.10 to $28.00 per hour, and takes into account location, education, job knowledge, skills, and experience. Incentives may be provided for sales roles and discretionary annual bonus for non-sales roles. Employees may also participate in the Company’s long‑term incentive plan.
