Operate electrostatic powder coating equipment, including cone, disk, and nozzle spray systems;
Set and adjust paint flow, air pressure, conveyor systems, and coating application settings;
Monitor powder coat mixtures and maintain specified coating standards;
Inspect finished parts for coverage, thickness, and quality, correcting coating defects as needed;
Perform touch-up painting and apply rust-preventative coatings when required
