Production Supervisor Level II- WM Team DFULL TIME Womelsdorf, PA, US
Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):
You'll step into one of our frontline leaders who keeps our snack operations safe, smooth, and successful. Think: people leadership meets process mastery. You'll guide daily production, coach and develop team members, and help shape the future of our operation. And you won't do it alone - you'll be mentored by experienced Supervisors and Managers as you grow your skills in problem-solving, safety, and quality.

- Inspire, coach, and develop team members to reach their best.

- Kick off every shift with clear, focused huddles on goals, safety, and priorities.
- Keep production safe, efficient, and on track from start to finish.
- Partner with Quality Assurance (QA) and operations teams to uphold safety, quality, and compliance.
- Step in to run equipment or provide coverage when needed to keep the team moving forward.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Reinforce GMPs and food safety practices every day.
- Spot issues early, elevate fast, and keep the lines flowing.
- Are bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred not required)
- Communicate clearly and love working with teams.
- Have a growth mindset and want to build your leadership career.
- Show reliability, integrity, and an eye for detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Can flex across shifts as the business needs evolve.

Training will take place on the day shift, with a gradual transition to second shift.
