Industrial Control Panel Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled professional to build, wire, and assemble industrial control panels based on engineering drawings and schematics. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, functional panels used in automation and electrical systems across various industries.

Control panels are the backbone of industrial automation. A strong fabricator ensures:

• Systems run safely and efficiently
• Installations meet electrical codes and client specifications
• Projects stay on schedule without costly rework

• Assemble and fabricate electrical control panels, enclosures, and subassemblies
• Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
• Mount components such as PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, and power supplies
• Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing
• Label wires and components according to standards
• Conduct quality checks and basic testing of completed panels
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues

• 2 years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Familiarity with industrial components (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic understanding of electrical codes and safety standards

• Technical school or certification in electrical technology or related field
• Experience with UL508A standards (or similar)
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or automation environment

• Shop/manufacturing setting
• May require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
