Industrial Control Panel Fabricator
We are seeking a skilled professional to build, wire, and assemble industrial control panels based on engineering drawings and schematics. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, functional panels used in automation and electrical systems across various industries.

- Installations meet electrical codes and client specifications
- Projects stay on schedule without costly rework
- Assemble and fabricate electrical control panels, enclosures, and subassemblies
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
- Mount components such as PLCs, relays, terminal blocks, and power supplies
- Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing
- Label wires and components according to standards
- Conduct quality checks and basic testing of completed panels
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- 2 years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with industrial components (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic understanding of electrical codes and safety standards
- Technical school or certification in electrical technology or related field
- Experience with UL508A standards (or similar)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or automation environment
- Shop/manufacturing setting
- May require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
