As it is confidential, specific information is not at liberty to be shared. The company and this plant are located in the southeast, and this role has full manufacturing, maintenance, and warehouse accountabilities for a team of about 100 people.

It is a highly hands‑on role, investing significant time on the production floor. The General Manager is looking for a great fit, not only technically and bringing strong floor-focused leadership, but also someone who is highly collaborative, respectfully holds their team accountable, and knows how to manage and navigate in a high growth environment.

Though the company is growing, it still maintains its small family‑run culture and roots. Therefore, cultural fit and alignment will be a critical aspect for the right leader.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred;
  must have more than 5 years' experience leading a manufacturing team
• Must have strong base of thin gauge thermoforming manufacturing experience
• Must have a collaborative and communicative leadership style with a proven history of delivering results
