Plant Manager-Plastics Packaging

We’ve been retained on a high-impact Plant Manager search for a growing plastics packaging manufacturer serving the food & beverage industry. This is an opportunity for an experienced plant leader who wants real ownership of an operation- production, maintenance, people, performance, and continuous improvement.

• Full ownership of plant operations, including Production and Maintenance
• Direct visibility and interaction with executive leadership
• Opportunity to build and develop a strong plant team
• Ability to influence culture, processes, metrics, and operational performance
• Growing business with strong demand and continued investment

• Safety, quality, production, maintenance, cost, and overall plant performance
• Leadership and development of the operations and maintenance teams
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Plant KPIs, accountability, productivity, and operational discipline
• SQF, FDA, and food-grade manufacturing requirements
• Improving output, efficiency, quality, and profitability

• Successful Plant Manager or senior operations leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with injection molding and/or PET blow molding
• A hands‑on leadership style- comfortable on the plant floor and able to connect with people at every level
• Demonstrated success improving plant performance and developing teams
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Food, beverage, packaging, or another regulated manufacturing environment is highly relevant
