Assembly Technician

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Small Parts Assembly Technician to join our team. This position involves assembling small components by hand in a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned environment.

The work is largely performed while seated, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, hands-on work and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality results.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble small parts and components according to established instructions and procedures
• Use your hands and basic tools to complete assembly tasks
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Visually inspect components and finished assemblies for quality
• Identify minor issues and perform basic troubleshooting when needed
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet reasonable production and quality expectations

What We’re Looking For

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work carefully and consistently on small components
• Ability to follow written and visual instructions
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but training will be provided
