Location and Remote Work

Seer is a remote-first agency and a Certified B-Corp, with team members across the country. This position can also sit in our HQ office in Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who can work continental US-based hours.

You are a creative-minded analyst n though you love exploring new ideas, you believe that strategic decisions should be backed by data. You are able to uncover potential roadblocks and map solutions.

• Drive traffic and increase ROI for clients through competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, link building, and contributing to how clients show up in AI-generated results and generative search experiences.
• Support organic strategy for a portfolio of clients, building annual and quarterly roadmaps that account for both traditional SEO performance and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) visibility.
• Measure the effectiveness of strategies by reporting from resources including Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Conductor.
• Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and automation platforms (Zapier, APIs) to accelerate research and support scalable SEO and GEO workflows.
• Track reporting changes in traffic, rankings, AI Overview appearances, trends, and conversions.
• Share insights with clients through email, conference calls, or face-to-face meetings.
• Tie everything back to business goals and ROI.

• Passion for Digital Marketing with a holistic perspective on business.
• Excitement to test new ways of approaching GEO within the SEO practice.
• Ability to use SEO skills to understand customers and their online habits.
• Technical SEO knowledge (HTML, Java script, CSS, iframes, etc.).
• Expert-level in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong communication skills, adaptable to various client styles.
• Proactive in staying ahead of SEO trends and sharing insights.
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, GA4) and interest in AI Overviews.
• Analytical fluency across platforms like GA4, Adobe, and Search Console.
• Sense of urgency, self-management, and problem-solving mindset.

• By Day 30:
  Completed DIV training and begun to support clients.
• By Day 60:
  Supported at least 2 impactful client initiatives.
• By Day 90:
  Operating at full capacity, supporting a full book of business.

• $65,000-$73,000/year (determined by skills and experience).
• Evaluation of compensation at least once a year.
