Saint Joseph's University seeks an Associate Director of Advancement for Parent Philanthropy and Donor Experience Officer (DXO) to develop strategies and secure gifts from non-alumni parents, targeting $1M–$1.5M annually.
The DXO will manage a portfolio of 25–50 major gift prospects and 250 annual fund prospects, steward donors, and work across events and PLC activities to meet fundraising goals. Reporting to the Director of Annual Fund Campaigns.
