CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) in Bethlehem, PA – 13-week on-site contract for experienced cardiovascular/operating room nurses. Join a high-acuity perioperative team in the Lehigh Valley and advance your cardiac surgery nursing career.

• Position: CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) / Cardiovascular OR Nurse / Operating Room RN
• Location: Bethlehem, PA 18015 (Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania)
• Healthcare Setting: Cardiovascular Operating Room / Cardiac Surgery
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45am–7:15pm
• Shifts: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• On-Call: 1–2 nights per week, 1 weekend per month
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,180 – $2,290
• Hourly Pay Rate: $90.21
• Start Date: February 16 or March 2, 2026

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (RN license required)
• Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing experience or equivalent perioperative cardiac surgery experience
• BLS certification (AHA required); ACLS preferred
• Experience or strong interest in thoracic surgery, surgical pathology, pediatric OR/PACU, and sub-acute care
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation and weekend shifts
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills for multidisciplinary surgical teams

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, delivering perioperative and intraoperative nursing care to cardiac surgery patients
• Assist surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perfusion teams during complex cardiovascular and thoracic procedures
• Monitor patient status, respond promptly to clinical changes, and provide critical care support during surgery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhere to hospital protocols, and support sterile technique and surgical safety checks
• Participate in scheduled on-call shifts and weekend coverage for CVOR services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives
