RN Supervisor shift

RN Supervisor 12 hour shifts. 3 days a week

As a RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, while also supervising and mentoring our team of Registered Nurses. • Supervise and mentor a team of Registered Nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement unit-based policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor and assess the quality of care provided to patients, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Care Team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices and industry trends
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
