Nurse Manager – Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services
Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) in Malvern, PA, seeks a dynamic Nurse Manager to lead inpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents in crisis. The role supports a compassionate inpatient environment and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and well‑being of children in care.
- Act as liaison among the psychiatric, medical, and treatment teams.
- Manage nursing activities to assure high‑quality services.
- Serve as a resource to nursing personnel and direct care staff for comprehensive service provision and accurate documentation.
- Oversee nursing schedule development and management to maintain appropriate coverage and fiscal accountability.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and valid Pennsylvania RN license (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing in a health‑care facility, preferably with children and adolescents, psychiatric or developmental disability; 1 year supervisory experience required.
- Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, data collection/analysis platforms, excellent organizational, oral and written communication; valid driver’s license.
- Salary: $94,000 – $107,160 per year (based on education/experience).
- Full‑time day schedule with limited on‑call duties.
