We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Personal Care team.

• Full-time 2nd shift
• 1:45pm-10:15pm
• Shift differential – extra $3/hour for 2nd shift
• On-Call Responsibilities

• Supervise staff
• Oversee daily floor operations
• Manage resident plan of care
• Coordinate care delivery
• Administer medications
• Observe resident charting and report changes
