We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Registered Nurse Staff Development to join our team at Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center (DMRC). As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting exceptional patient care and education, while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing staff training programs to enhance patient care and outcomes. You will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to identify education needs, design and deliver educational programs, and evaluate program effectiveness. Your expertise will ensure that our staff has the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high‑quality care to our patients.

• Develop and implement staff training programs to improve patient care and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to identify education needs and design educational programs
• Deliver educational programs to staff, including in‑service training, orientation, and ongoing education
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to quality patient care
• Maintain accurate records and reports of staff training and education

• Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in nursing education or staff development
