Part Time - Practical Nursing - Adjunct Faculty

Penn State Berks Practical Nursing Program invites applications for Part-Time Adjunct Program Faculty for evening and weekend classes and clinical experiences.

• Nursing instructor candidates must have an active Pennsylvania nursing license.
• Applicants should have a master’s degree in nursing (preferred) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required).
• Experience in acute care medical‑surgical, long‑term care, or community health nursing is required.
• Preference is given to candidates with nurse educator experience, though it is not required.
• Applications must include a letter of interest, CV or resume. Only completed applications will be considered.

Applicants may be asked to provide the names, titles, and contact information of three professional references. Applications will be reviewed until the vacancy is filled.

This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police criminal background check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance form, and federal (FBI) fingerprint criminal background check.
