RN – Home Health

$36 - $41 per hour – Flexible scheduling – Full‑time, part‑time, PRN

As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, individualized care.

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care
• Monitor and assess patient conditions during home visits or shifts
• Communicate changes in patient status to the Clinical Supervisor
• Provide patient and caregiver education regarding medications, treatments, and disease management
• Accurately document patient care and clinical observations
• Coordinate care with other healthcare team members as appropriate
• Maintain compliance with agency and state guidelines

• Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
• Weekday and weekend opportunities
• Full‑time, part‑time, PRN, per diem
• Choose your own hours based on availability

$36.00 – $41.00 per hour (pay rate based on experience, case complexity, and assignment type)
