Registered Nurse (RN) | Long-Term Care

Location: Susquehanna, PA Agency: Prime Staffing Pay: $1,929 per week Shift: Nights – 3 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 7/27/2026

• Work night shifts (3 days a week, 8 hours per day) as the sole registered nurse on evening shifts.
• Assume charge nurse duties during night shifts, including patient monitoring, building a care plan, and coordinating with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Point Click Care charting system; prior experience not required.
• Float as needed across units and support other nurses per client policy.
• Provide care to patients in a 58‑bed skilled nursing facility and other health clinic settings at Barnes‑Kasson Hospital.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff on patient care and treatment plans.

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or compact license accepted.
• Experience with charge nurse responsibilities preferred.
• Background in long‑term care or similar acute care environment desirable.
• Good clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Pay: $1,929 per week (rate includes charge hours; cannot bill for charge hours).
• Contract length: 13 weeks, with guaranteed hours. Salary paid weekly.
• Must have a valid RN license in hand before the start date.
