Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical‑Surgical role in Susquehanna, PA.

Providing patient care in a critical access hospital, managing medications and IV therapy, performing wound care, monitoring telemetry, and working with interdisciplinary teams. The role may involve working as a charge nurse and floating within units.

At least 1 year of Med/Surg experience, valid PA license, BLS and ACLS certifications, proficiency with charting systems like Point Click Care, and skills in managing ports, airway management, and cardiac rhythms. Flexibility to work holidays and every other weekend is necessary.

Patient assessment, documentation, emergency response, and ensuring safety protocols. The position involves night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM), with a focus on adult and geriatric patient care, and requires compliance with hospital policies, including floating protocols.
