The Gardnes at Millville is a premier skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team.

• Full-Time

• Assisting in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
• Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to ensure excellent care delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conducting staff training and evaluations to foster professional growth.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
• Addressing and resolving any resident or family concerns related to care.

• Licensure:
  Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania preferred
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a long-term care, hospital, or related healthcare facility.
• Experience:
  
  Familiarity with the geriatric population is preferred.
• Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing care.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
