RN House Supervisor

The House Supervisor assists the Director of Nursing and the nursing Supervisory Team with providing and maintaining quality clinical care and a safe environment for our residents and patients. The House Supervisor oversees staffing and works with the Scheduling manager to ensure patient care and facility needs are met. This position fulfills multiple roles including patient advocacy, facility manager and staff supervisor with oversight and coordination of all resources.

Every other weekend is required. Successful candidates will want to make a difference in the lives of our residents while supporting the values and mission of HFSL. Work Experience:

3-5 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in a skilled nursing care setting. 2-4 years demonstrated supervisory experience is required. Wound care experience, including assessing skin alterations, developing plans of care, implementing orders and treatments, and evaluating progress of specialized skin and wound conditions. The client is a little bit flexible with the years of experience. They will consider charge experience as well.

Licenses/Certifications:

BLS/ACLS Current and valid RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
