QA​/QC Engineer; MEP​/Cx

QA/QC Engineer (MEP/Cx)

Data center project field QA/QC role responsible for executing the JLL-SKAE QA/QC Program throughout the L1-L5 commissioning (Cx) levels or specified responsibilities based on client requirements. Requires onsite full‑time work (40-50 hours a week).

• Review MEP drawings, approved submittals and specifications.
• Inspect incoming MEP equipment and complete receiving checklist on appropriate software platform.
• Conduct preparatory phase meetings with subcontractors and confirm readiness to work onsite.
• Review MEP mockups for equipment or specific systems as required per specifications.
• Document and track all required QA/QC deliverables and test reports during L2 and L3 (NETA, Short Circuit Study, Torque/Megger sheets, TAB, etc.).
• Ensure set-in place inspection checklists are completed by JLL‑SKAE and subs/vendors.
• Perform FOD inspection inside MEP equipment if required.
• Perform final equipment inspection prior to L3 energization.
• Ensure all L3 document deliverables including startup reports are provided.
• Assist with development of methods of procedure (MOPs) for specific equipment and systems.
• Track and organize all required documentation for L1‑L3 on Procore or other software platform.
• Record observations and issues in the required software platform during walkthroughs and inspections.
• Manage all issues and observations in the platform and ensure timely closeout.

• Self‑starter ability.
• OSHA‑30 certified or within 30 days of employment.
• At least 3 years of data center experience.
• At least 2 years of QA/QC experience.
• Strong familiarity with the Cx/QA/QC process.
• Strong onsite safety awareness.
• Willing to travel across U.S. regions.
• Preferred:
  Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) certified.
• Preferred: NFPA‑70E certified.
• Preferred:
  Experience with high profile data center clients.

Estimated compensation for this position: $90,000.00 – $ USD per year.
