Review schedule and tour the floor to ensure machines follow schedule and labeling;
Identify and resolve line clearance issues;
Review held ware and determine what can be sorted or grounded;
Attend scheduling meetings and communicate daily issues to quality manager;
Assist supervisors with quality issues and quality technician issues;
Ensure all start-ups meet target specs or remain within spec;
Document issues and communicate with supervisor and lab techs before leaving for the day;
Ensure food safety, food quality and site safety
