Optify Search are currently partnered with a Personal Care Manufacturer seeking a Research and Development Chemist.
Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):- Development of innovative skincare formulations in line with client briefs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage end-to-end product development projects, from ideation to pilot, scale-up, and commercialization.
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in skincare, haircare and body care formulation development.
- Previous experience at a CDMO is highly preferred.
