Restaurant Supervisor

Oversees daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure exceptional guest service, smooth shift execution, and consistent standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism. This role leads the team during service, supports training, resolves guest concerns, and operational efficiency.

• Deliver internal and external guest service the Skytop way, going above and beyond
• Supervise and support servers, bartenders, bussers and hosts during service
• Monitor floor service, guests flow, reservations and table turns
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
• Enforce responsible alcohol service, health standards and sanitation
• Train, coach, and motivate team members on service standards and menu knowledge
• Supports management team
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi‑task in high pressure situations
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

• Must be available weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

• 1+ year in restaurant as supervisor/management

• Some of the time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching, lifting and walking.

Knowledge of food handling, supervisory experience, and customer service.

Keys, cash handing and inventory.

Hot cooking equipment, sharp knives can be dangerous if used in a careless manner. Wet or slippery floors and some cleaning chemicals can be hazardous if directions are not followed.
