We are seeking a Sales Ambassador for First Quality Products, Inc. located in the Mid Atlantic Remote (Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Washington DC, and Ohio). This position will be responsible for hunting and closing new Healthcare opportunities in assigned territory for First Quality’s full range of absorbent and wipe product lines. The role also maintains existing Healthcare business in the assigned territory or accounts.
Responsibilities- Work closely and effectively with internal teams and distributors to achieve company and customer objectives.
- Develop, grow, and maintain an active and robust sales pipeline.
- Identify potential new Healthcare opportunities by researching and uncovering new potential opportunities.
- Utilize sales reports and data to analyze business to determine customer needs and develop a strategic plan.
- Travel as necessary to customers to support closing and maintaining accounts.
- Represent company to promote our products and programs at trade shows, conferences, and other association meetings.
- Understand the needs and expectations of customers and provide relevant solutions.
- Travel within territory as needed and occasionally outside territory for meetings and industry events, with 25-50% overnight travel expected.
- 2 years of Sales Experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated sales skills and success at regionally sized accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient analytical skills.
- Comfortable and effective presenter digitally and virtually.
- Standard knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Creative thinking and ability to resolve critical problems.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Understanding of Healthcare industry and current trends.
- Effective communication across First Quality customers, territory, and trends.
- Willingness to travel within territory as needed and occasionally outside territory for meetings and industry events.
