Position Type:
Full time (Regular Time).

• Learn the Broadcast + Digital Marketing products and apply them to the Hispanic and General Markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
• Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations powered by data.

• Self‑motivated, go‑getter attitude.
• Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English; comfortable with cold‑calling and lead generation.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving skills enabling business growth.
• Knowledge of sales concepts and techniques; ability to manage projects to completion.
• Capability to communicate product information clearly and listen actively to customer needs.
• Goal orientation and ability to prioritize.

• Digital or media sales experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns and analytics.
• Background in audio advertising or strong market connections.
