Entry-Level Account Executive

Philadelphia, PA | Full-Time | In-Person

This role combines B2B and B2C customer acquisition, giving you exposure to business owners and individual consumers while learning how customer acquisition works in the real world.

No two days look the same.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day behind a desk sending emails.

You’ll be out in real environments, having real conversations with customers and business owners while representing nationally recognised brands.

Working across both B2B and B2C campaigns, you’ll learn how to engage different types of customers, understand their needs, and present solutions that make sense for them.

One conversation might involve helping a business owner explore solutions that could support their operations, while the next could involve introducing a customer to a product or service designed to make everyday life easier.

Along the way, you’ll be:

  • Building confidence through daily customer interactions
  • Learning how to start and lead professional conversations
  • Developing communication and presentation skills that transfer into any future career
  • Understanding how customer acquisition works from first conversation through to onboarding
  • Working alongside experienced team members and learning from direct coaching
  • Tracking your own performance and seeing how consistent effort translates into results
  • Contributing to both individual and team goals in a fast‑paced environment
  • Developing relationship‑building skills with both customers and business decision‑makers

Most importantly, you’ll be gaining practical experience that can't be learned from a textbook, online course, or classroom.

You’ll be learning by doing.
