Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Industrial Safety Solutions (PA)

The Opportunity: Are you an aggressive, technical sales professional currently selling material handling equipment, racking, or industrial doors? Do you have an established network of warehouse and facility managers in Pennsylvania?

MPM USA Inc. is the rapidly expanding American branch of a leading European manufacturer of high-performance flexible protection solutions (industrial safety barriers). We are disrupting the US market, and we need a hunter to take ownership of the Pennsylvania territory, build out the market, and reap the uncapped financial rewards.

• Hunt & Close: Drive aggressive B2B new business development across PA, targeting massive logistics hubs, 3PLs, and manufacturing facilities.
• Technical Consulting: Conduct on-site facility walkthroughs, utilize laser measuring tools, read floor plans, and design tailored safety solutions (CAD experience is a plus).
• Network Leverage: Utilize your existing book of business in the MHE/racking industry to open doors faster.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent MPM at industry trade shows and manage local dealer networks.
• Account Growth: Transition closed deals into long-term, high-value accounts through strategic retention and upselling.

• A true "road warrior" with a hunter mentality and a proven track record in technical field sales.
• Experienced in selling products related to industrial environments (forklifts, racking, doors, dock equipment).
• Technically minded: you can look at a warehouse layout, identify collision risks, and map out a solution.
• Motivated by an uncapped commission structure where your hustle directly translates to your paycheck.
