We're seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead sales growth across a multi-state territory. This is a field-based role focused on developing dealer partnerships, expanding market share, and supporting customers in the construction, agriculture, transportation, fuel distribution, and industrial equipment markets.

What You'll Do
  • Grow and strengthen an established dealer network while identifying and onboarding new dealer partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans.
  • Train and support dealer sales teams through product demonstrations and business development initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and end users to drive long-term sales growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at regional and national trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of successful outside B2B territory sales experience.
  • Experience selling equipment, heavy machinery, construction, industrial, agricultural, or commercial products.
  • Proven success managing dealer/distributor relationships and growing territories.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and CRM skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout the assigned territory.
