Sales Representative – Endoscopy
As an Endoscopy Sales Representative, you will champion cutting‑edge surgical solutions, present market‑leading products, and foster lasting relationships with medical professionals. Your goal is to increase market share, drive revenue growth, and support the mission to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications for use.
- Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
- Direct product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
- Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
- Maintain regular progress reports to the regional manager.
- Provide timely solutions to product problems for customers.
- Assist in the training and development of sales personnel.
- 2–5 years of outside sales experience (medical related preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or five (5) years of commercial sales or medical field experience including operating room exposure.
- Ability to negotiate price and terms of transaction with customers.
- In-depth understanding of Stryker products and ability to communicate this knowledge to customers.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication with large groups, via telephone and electronic media.
- Proficiency with common office equipment and Microsoft Office suite.
- Physical ability to exert up to fifty (50) pounds of force occasionally and/or up to twenty (20) pounds of force frequently, with up to 20% overnight travel annually.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile.
- Base salary: $60,000 draw with potential for commission and bonuses.
