Position Summary
Therapeutic Sales Specialist (TS) – Baltimore / Pittsburgh. Responsible for maximizing product sales of Crinetics Endocrinology portfolio, targeting endocrinologists, general practitioners, and other healthcare providers across the territory.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a wide geographical area.
- Target, penetrate, and establish a network of relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Effectively call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties.
- Engage with physician offices, hospitals, academic medical centers, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, etc.
- Communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
- Manage hybrid relationships through a mix of in‑person (70+%) and virtual engagement.
- Leverage data sources to maximize strategies and efficiencies.
- Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
- Manage and track territory-specific information through a CRM system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 8 years of Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Healthcare Industry sales experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage key account relationships.
- Documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong business acumen and ability to comprehend and articulate complex clinical information.
- Excellent organization, time management, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
- Proficiency with a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Independent, with ability to work within a team and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Endocrinology experience.
- Hospital sales experience – familiarity with P&T/Formulary process.
- Knowledge of local/regional health systems.
Continuous desk work, intermittent telephone use, occasional walking and lifting up to 25 lbs. Low to moderate noise level.
TravelUp to 50% travel may be required.

Salary and BenefitsSalary range: $160,000 – $200,000. Additional rewards include a discretionary annual target bonus, stock options, ESPP, and 401(k) match. Health insurance plans (medical, dental, vision, basic life), 20 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, and a winter shutdown.
