Keystone Custom Homes is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team as New Home Advisors. This role offers training to become a sales professional with no prior home sales experience required. Successful candidates will develop relationships with customers, guide them through the home buying process, and work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective home buyers.
• Present home features, floor plans, and financing options to customers.
• Coordinate and schedule home tours and meetings, including weekend appointments.
• Collaborate with builders and other team members to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong motivation to achieve sales goals.

• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
