OpportunityAs a Senior Associate on the Direct Credit Product Team within Global Client Solutions, you will support the Platform Specialist in managing product life cycles, with a focus on fundraising and investor relations for the Direct Credit investment platform.
Responsibilities- Support the Platform Specialist in day‑to‑day product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Global Client Solutions sales leads and teams to complete and review RFPs, DDQs, and related due diligence documents for new business opportunities.
- Act as primary resource for executing product marketing strategy, developing and maintaining marketing materials and sales collateral.
- Maintain standard responses for assigned products, working closely with sales support and marketing teams.
- Contribute to product development of new offerings and market re‑entries.
- Participate in client and prospect meetings or calls with senior team members to facilitate fundraising and maintain investor relations.
- Assist senior team in developing content and materials for ad‑hoc and recurring client/prospect meetings.
- Communicate key updates and information to global sales and client teams on a regular and ad‑hoc basis.
- Delegate and supervise client service tasks, address complex client inquiries as a subject‑matter expert, and review responses prepared by junior staff.
- Provide supervisory responsibility for junior team members covering assigned platform/products, including task delegation, feedback, and training.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A.).
- Advanced degree (MBA), CFA or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in investor relations or product management.
- Experience working directly with clients and client teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and to manage upward with senior leadership.
- Experience in project and process management, leveraging both junior and senior resources.
- Independent contributor capable of crafting accurate responses with minimal oversight.
