Pay

and Benefits
  • Salary: $30,000 to $60,000 per year plus commission.
  • Commission & Bonus:
    Base pay plus access to a 21% commission payout. You will also be eligible for a manager bonus program focused on profit sharing and success in key performance indicators.
  • Kickstart Commission: 60 days of Kickstart Commission to earn faster

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales representatives, helping them develop their skills and achieve success. You will serve as a trusted advisor, showing clients how technology can solve problems and improve their lives. Your personal sales will not only provide you with commissions but also a positive example for your staff to follow. In this role, you will help others achieve their goals through accountability, coaching, and praise.

  • Track KPIs to drive account growth.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record in sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • A drive for success and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
  • Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM programs and POS reporting is also a plus.
