Media Sales Account Executive

WURD Radio is Philadelphia’s only Black-owned talk radio station — and we’re growing. We’re looking for a driven, relationship-first sales professional to join our team and help local and national brands connect with one of the most engaged audiences in the city.

You’ll own new business development across radio, digital, and corporate sponsor ships — pitching, closing, and building lasting client relationships that drive real revenue. You’ll develop custom proposals, present to decision-makers, and partner with our programming and leadership teams to bring creative marketing solutions to life.

• 3–5+ years in media, agency, or corporate sales — and you have the results to show for it
• A natural relationship builder who follows through and follows up
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team
• Sharp on PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Based in or near Philadelphia, with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
