This is an on-site contract role for a GSOC Operator located in Mount Laurel, NJ. The GSOC Operator will be responsible for monitoring security systems, managing security incidents, and coordinating emergency response activities. The operator will also be tasked with compiling reports, conducting risk assessments, and liaising with external security agencies. This role requires vigilance, prompt decision‑making, and effective communication skills.
Qualifications- Experience in security monitoring and incident management
- Knowledge of security systems and emergency response protocols
- Strong communication and report‑writing skills
- Analytical skills and the ability to conduct risk assessments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of situational awareness
- Previous experience in a security operations center is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
