Nuuly is seeking a Loss Prevention Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the customer success team. The role focuses on the financial aspects, primarily managing dispute resolutions and shipping investigations.
You will report to the Sr. Director of Customer Success and work with the Fraud Specialist and Customer Success team to communicate findings and meet established service level agreements.
