Position Summary
Maintenance Specialist at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Adult Services, located in Berwyn PA. The role involves collaborating with a dedicated maintenance team to identify and implement solutions for maintenance and safety across the facility.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with maintenance professionals to identify solutions for maintenance and safety.
- Perform repair and maintenance tasks related to plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and facility standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules.
- Trade or high school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, or electrical field.
- May require rating of journeyman or appropriate licensure to operate locally.
- Valid driver’s license and 21 years of age or older.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Pay up to $24 per hour.
