• Installation Excellence
  :
  Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations.
• Technical Proficiency
  :
  Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including bucket truck, ladders, drills, and other hand tools.
• Site Assessment
  :
  Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
• Customer Interaction
  :
  Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns.
• Team Collaboration
  :
  Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
• Typical Day Schedule
  : 7:45 am – arrival and preparation; 8:00 am – team meeting; 8:30–9:00 am – tool/material prep; 9:00 am–4:00 pm – travel and installation; 4:00–4:30 pm – reorganize and prepare for next day. 4 × 10‑hour days are an option if preferred.

• Experience in sign installation or a related construction field
• Problem‑solving ability
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks, including lifting over 80 lb and climbing ladders
• Wrap certifications preferred but not required
