About Smart Care

Smart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial food service, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment.
• Partner with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Replace parts, recommend system improvements, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Follow safety protocols, document service work, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands‑on technical experience (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military, or similar).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to participate in on‑call rotations (nights and weekends).

• E.P.A., C.F.E.S.A., or other technical certifications.
• Experience working with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying environments.
