Performs maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components, including wiring, lighting, nurse call, fire alarm, pneumatic tube, intercom;
Troubleshoots to identify hazards or malfunctions and repairs or replaces damaged parts and equipment;
Maintains system integrity by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring, insulated cables, cleaning circuits; ensuring breaker and panel labeling;
Performs testing and inspections and maintains records for emergency back-up systems as required by NFPA and The Joint Commission;
Responds to trouble calls, work requests, and emergency situations
