General Laborer
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for building PODs that hold inventory on the robotics floor. This role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively. The work environment is loud, fast-paced, and collaborative, as you will be working as part of a team to complete a designated number of PODs within a specific timeframe. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble metal workstations and inventory shelving units.
- Lift, pull, push, and use hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work as part of a team to complete a set number of PODs within a specified timeframe.
Essential Skills
- General labor experience.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Commercial construction and assembly experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to read a tape measure.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Bethlehem, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
