Maintenance Team Lead Nights

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will supervise and develop a maintenance team while working on cutting‑edge industrial equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key leadership role within the technical operations of the plant. This is a night-shift position with 12-hour shifts.

You will contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:

• Applying and promoting safety standards for yourself and your team.
• Communicating, organizing and planning your team’s workload.
• Supporting team members in problem‑solving and technical development.
• Proposing performance improvement projects.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
• Developing your expertise on advanced, state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
• Performing equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Responding to emergency calls and providing technical support to production teams.
• Assisting with the installation and start‑up of new equipment.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance activities.

• Hold a diploma in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics.
• Bring solutions and thrives in hands‑on environments.

• Be comfortable working with automated systems and touchscreen technologies
