Benefits
- Average 1st year total compensation: $75,000
- Mileage wages: $0.76 - $0.84 per mile (depending on terminal), plus $0.03 CPM extra for loads over 80ft
- Un‑decking wage: $54 - $135 per load
- Drive a brand‑new Peterbilt or Kenworth every day
- Paid vacation and holidays
- Home on a routine basis

- Keep your frequent flyer miles and hotel points (company pays for hotel, flight, taxi/shuttle, tolls, luggage fees)
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL
- Doubles/Triples (T) endorsement required
- At least 1 year of verifiable over‑the‑road experience
- Meet DOT physical requirements
- Clean driving record for last 3 years
- Stable work history
- Valid passport
- Ability to drive in Canada
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
