Description: ttg Talent Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver - Shipping & Receiving to support warehouse and logistics operations within a dynamic distribution environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate shipments, and efficient material handling processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
This position combines driving responsibilities with hands‑on warehouse support, contributing to a seamless flow of goods across locations.
- Safely transport materials and products between warehouse facilities and designated delivery points
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any issues or maintenance needs
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while ensuring proper handling of materials
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, condition, and documentation
- Support packaging, labeling, and processing of outbound shipments
- Maintain delivery logs, service records, and compliance documentation
- Assist with inventory organization, part identification, and proper storage of materials
- Utilize basic computer systems and scanning tools for tracking and order processing
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support overall warehouse operations and assist with additional tasks as needed
- Valid and clean driver's license
- Proven experience in delivery driving and/or warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic regulations
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods on warehouse floors
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, scanning systems, or similar tools)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills with a customer‑oriented mindset
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED preferred
