Location: Bethlehem, PA
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: (Front Half | Sunday - Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM | $17/hr.) (Back Half | Thursday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | $18/hr.)

Requirements

• 6 months of experience
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to use a computer touch screen, scan gun, label printer, rolling cart, step ladder, and pallet jack
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in Spanish or English, and follow directions
• Good manual and physical dexterity
• Dependable, organized, hardworking, and punctual
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Accurate and detail oriented

Job Duties

• Labeling and repackaging products according to work instructions
• Entering accurate quantities/sizes into computer
• Meeting quality and speed metrics
• Loading and unloading boxes to and from conveyor lines or trucks, palletizing boxes
• Building pallets of product
• Picking, packing and shipping orders for our DTC department
• Using scan guns to scan products, pick orders, and enter numbers on a computer screen
• Moving product throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack or rolling cart
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat
• Complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks as needed
• Flexing to other departments or specialty assignments as requested by supervisor
• Other duties as assigned
