In this role, you'll rotate through various areas—including shipping, receiving, and inventory—ensuring that our distribution center runs smoothly and efficiently. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service to our customers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail for accurately identifying, counting, and verifying parts
• Proficient in operating forklifts and other mechanized equipment
• Ability to pick orders using RF technology
• Good communication skills and teamwork mentality
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and good housekeeping practices

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Forklift certification
• Experience with warehouse management systems or parts information systems
• Basic proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with hazardous material handling

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• A minimum of two years of experience in general warehouse or logistics settings preferred

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
