Shipping and Receiving Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team. This role involves managing the distribution and warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

• Apply Good Manufacturing Practices in all areas of responsibility.
• Demonstrate the company's mission and values in daily tasks.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Pick, pack, and ship distribution orders requiring a basic skill level.
• Screen shipments for unauthorized devices in accordance with TSA requirements.
• Execute distribution and warehouse system transactions accurately.
• Process all orders according to the priority set by the Distribution Leader/Supervisor.
• Verify proper storage conditions and temperature monitoring of shipments.
• Load couriers' trucks using pallet jacks.
• Identify opportunities to improve overall quality and efficiency.
• Engage in Daily Management and 5S practices on a daily basis.
• Ensure that inventory is properly and safely stored.
• Maintain warehouse safety, security, and neatness.

• High School Degree or GED.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Physically able to lift between 40lbs and 75lbs and use pallet jacks.
• Willingness to spend extended periods walking/standing, entering data for orders, and handling inventory items.
• Ability to work as part of a team within Distribution and across QA, Client Services, and Supply Chain departments.
• Basic computer competency using Microsoft Office applications and significant data entry.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment with proper PPE.

• Fork lift experience.
• Prior Distribution/Warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Prior pharmaceutical or clinical logistics experience.

This position is based in a distribution facility with loading and unloading docks. The role requires working in a refrigerated environment with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
