Overview
Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of Blackstone Private Wealth. Responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, travel, expense reporting, culture initiatives, and ad‑hoc projects.
Responsibilities- Manage highly complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, confirm appointments, and coordinate with other assistants.
- Serve as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings and calls across multiple stakeholders, responding flexibly to changes and shifting priorities.
- Arrange and manage intensive domestic and international travel, maintain detailed travel spreadsheets, prepare comprehensive trip packets, and provide itineraries.
- Prepare, review, and submit complex expense reports accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and drive various culture initiatives.
- Support a wide range of ad‑hoc and special projects as needed.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Willingness to learn and stay current with emerging technologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems.
Expected annual base salary range: $120,000 – $165,000. Base salary within that range will be determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For roles located outside the U.S., a separate compensation process applies based on local market comparables.
