Job Posting
You'll be joining a 40-person firm who have doubled in size over the past four years. A significant chunk of that growth has been in the International space. This is a newly created position to handle the inbound and outbound compliance work. You can be based out of their NYC or Long Island office.
Why Join Them?-You'll have a sensible schedule. Yes, even at busy season.
-You'll have good benefits and an annual pay rise. The Partner ensures they're competitive with what the bigger firms pay their staff.
-You won't be joining a firm that has promotion cycles. You'll be promoted on merit. Not because of the time of year or how long you've been there.
-You'll get exposure to a wide range of industries.
-You'll have access to fantastic training and development opportunities, particularly in the summer months.
-Benefits are strong with 4 weeks of PTO + holidays and generous healthcare and 40(k) schemes.
You'll likely be a CPA or EA with a track record of Inbound and Outbound compliance, in a mid sized Firm. Here's the part most people get wrong: you don't need to tick every box to introduce yourself. The apply button is not legally binding. Worst case? We chat, decide the timing isn't right, and you carry on. Best case? You bag yourself a fantastic new position.
Prefer the human touch? Splendid. Ring me up. I'm Arran Jaiswal at . Sometimes Linked In hides my number. If they're sneaky like that, you'll find my number on my profile. I'm around early (6am EST) and after-hours too.
